The 090 OLREC : soluble oil for grinding operation of ferrous metals in fresh water and hard water in the form of soluble concentrate, chlorine, boron-free, giving the water a real solution; recyclable by ultrafiltration.

In concentration from 3 to 4%: the OLREC 090 is for grinding operations of steels and cast iron with all types of grinding wheels even at very low grain (grain 400 to 600).

In concentration from 5 to 6%: the OLREC 090 is used for centerless grinding operations or diving in a row.

  •     The 090 OLREC  is free of chlorine, sulfur, nitrite, phenol, PTBB, boron.
  •     The 090 OLREC is not  exfoliating which promotes the transfer of  automated parts system (tape, chute, compressed air hose) and ensures an optimum control of control sensors and contactors.
  •     The OLREC 090 is non-foaming whatever the type of water used (TH range 0 to 100).
  •     The OLREC 090 does not form insoluble soaps in hard water which ensure cleanliness of machines and prevents soiling of wheels.
  •     The OLREC 090 has excellent refrigerant aspect which prevents burns on machined parts, has a smoothness suitable for obtaining excellent surface finish, perfectly salted lubricating oils, is inert to operators and machine components.
  • The OLREC 090 can be recycled by ultrafiltration, it is biostable thereby ensuring longevity of the baths.
